Since ordering a stair system may be confusing for the first-time buyer, we have compiled a guide for easier selection, pricing and ordering of your stair system.
Six Steps to Ordering a Stair System
1. Decide on a design style. A tour through this website and those of our suppliers, or a quick visit to our showroom can help you find the perfect stair style to compliment your tastes.
2. Contact an installer. We provide a list of installers and custom craft shops to help you with the technical aspects of your staircase.
3. Take measurements and create a parts list. Once you have decided on a style and chosen an installer, you will meet with them to take any measurements for your project and create an accurate list of the necessary parts needed. If you would like Pacific Staircase to do an on-site measure in the Anchorage or Eagle River area, we are happy to do so. We charge $80.00 for this service, which will be credited towards your parts order.
4. Present the parts list to Pacific Staircase, Inc. for pricing. Pacific Staircase will create a price estimate based on your parts list and design selection.
5. Review the price estimate with PSI staff. After reviewing your estimate, you may speak with our staff to make any changes.
6. Place order. Once you have approved your estimate and placed a 50% deposit on your order, Pacific Staircaise will purchase and arrange delivery of your parts with estimated time frames provided.
Please note that we do not typically stock parts. Because each customer has different style preferences, we order supplies based on the individual job. Any stock parts available will be listed on the pages of this website.
